Ham Glaze |
Mix until soft
one jar of Gourmet Garden’s Red Flame.
Coat one pre-cooked ham with glaze and bake at 350 until lightly
brown. Approximately 2 hours.

Tomatillo Pork |
2.5 Lbs of Lean,
Thick, Boneless Pork Chops. Cube pork into 1 inch cubes. Brown
pork in pan with 3 teaspoons of oil, do not completely cook.
Add 1 jar of Gourmet Garden’s Tomatillo Salsa and simmer
for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add ½ of a bunch of diced Cilantro.
Serve hot over rice. |
