Pumpkin Pie

Mix 1 jar of Gourmet Garden’s Pumpkin Butter with 2 beaten eggs.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Add Marshmallow Cream to top and serve. (Marshmallow Cream optional)

Steak Marinade

Reserve the brine from ½ jar of Gourmet Garden’s Spicy Pickled Garlic.
Put 2 Rib-Eye Steaks in a 1 gallon sealable plastic bag with brine.
Squeeze out all air and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Grill and serve.

Ham Glaze

Mix until soft one jar of Gourmet Garden’s Red Flame.
Coat one pre-cooked ham with glaze and bake at 350 until lightly brown. Approximately 2 hours.

Tomatillo Pork

2.5 Lbs of Lean, Thick, Boneless Pork Chops. Cube pork into 1 inch cubes. Brown pork in pan with 3 teaspoons of oil, do not completely cook.
Add 1 jar of Gourmet Garden’s Tomatillo Salsa and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add ½ of a bunch of diced Cilantro. Serve hot over rice.
